“While job-searching, Brett Frevert met many good middle market companies considering adding a CFO position. As he learned more about these companies, he realized that what they needed was just a “part” of a CFO or a “timeshare CFO”. This led him to start CFO Systems, which provides CFOs and Controllers to Midwestern businesses on a contract basis.”
“Tell us a little about your family. – I pride myself on “being there” for my four children. Malinda is graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan with a degree in Political Communications and is News Director for Bold Nebraska, working with Jane Kleeb. Em just began her freshman year of college at Regis University in Denver where she plans to major in Nursing. Zach is an eighth grader planning to attend Mount Michael next fall. Grace just turned ten and loves crafts projects, soccer, and basketball.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Tough question; could be the day in October 1985, when the ag bankers “encouraged” me to use my accounting degree, or perhaps June 1989, when my oldest was born, or the October 2004 day when my last employer and I formally parted…”
